Travel Requirements

Depending on the destination, local authorities may have specific requirements and regulations. Guests are strongly advised to consult with the LGU and choose destinations close to their homes. You can also find information on travel requirements here: bit.ly/CEBTravel-Docs.

The Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea have all established travel regulations, which will be applied as needed. You can find the list of requirements here: https://bit.ly/CEBFlightReminders.

All Cebu Pacific passengers will be required to wear face shields throughout the trip, in accordance with Philippine government order. This is in addition to the requirement to wear face masks upon entering the airport terminal until arriving at your destination.

Canceled Flights

Those who have had their flights canceled have the option of putting the cost of their ticket into a Travel Fund that is good for two (2) years, receiving a refund, or rebooking to another date. Cebu Pacific has permanently removed change fees, allowing travelers to rebook as many times as required with only a minor fare difference. Passengers can easily manage their bookings via the Cebu Pacific website’s “Manage Booking” portal: https://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.
