Fully-vaccinated tourists can now fly to Singapore without having to go through quarantine-on-arrival at a hotel or facility, thanks to the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) agreement between Singapore and the Philippines.
You have 24 hours from the time you arrive at Singapore Changi Airport to undergo a supervised self-swab COVID-19 test at a certified testing location in the city. You’ll be able to see the wonders of Singapore after the negative findings are announced.
VTL flights include the following PAL flights:
As of March 4, 2022,
Daily, at 09:25 a.m., PR 507 Manila-Singapore departs.
As of March 15, 2022,
Daily departure at 03:10 PM on PR 501, Manila-Singapore.
If eligible vaccinated visitors meet all of the following travel conditions, they will be able to visit Singapore “quarantine-free.”
COVID-19 immunization certificate-Proof of Vaccination (VaxCertPH)
-RT-PCR or antigen test results that are negative;
travel insurance; and
-Making a reservation on a VTL flight
